In the event of loss (mechanical damage) of a safe deposit box key by the Customer, the latter shall pay a penalty in the amount of caution value. Caution value previously deposited to the Bank shall not be returned to the Customer and it shall be withheld as a penalty.

The Banks reserves right to change or amend the above rates unilaterally. Such changes or amendments are subject to resolution of the Board and effective as of the date approved by the Board.
