Licenses and Associations

The International Bank of Development complies with the General License  #2704 dated 25th October 2002, granted by the Bank of Russia.

The following licenses are granted to the International Bank of Development by the Federal Commission for the Securities Market (Federal Financial Markets Service):

• Securities market professional depository license  #077-04689-000100 as of February 01, 2001.
• Securities market professional broker license #077-09217-100000 as of June 27, 2006, valid until June 27, 2009.
• Securities market professional dealer license #09220-010000 as of June 27, 2006, valid until June 27, 2009. 
• Securities market professional license for security management #No. 077-09223-001000 as of June 27, 2006, valid until June 27, 2009.
• Intermediary brokerage license for futures and options transactions in respect of exchange trade in the territory of the Russian Federation.

The International Bank of Development acts in accordance with licenses listed below, granted by the Federal Agency for Government Communications and Information under the President of the Russian Federation:

• License No. 0002377 Reg. No. 4696 Y of 30 October 2007 for data cryptographic services.
• License No. 0002375 Reg. No. 4694 X of 30 October 2007 for cryptographic devices maintenance.
• License No. 0002376 Reg. No. 4695 R of 30 October 2007 for the distribution of cryptographic devices.

The International Bank of Development is authorized to act in accordance with:

• Notification of the State Customs Committee of the Russian Federation #10 of June 1, 2003 to act as a guarantor in respect of the customs authorities.
• Certificate #750 to confirm the registration of the International Bank of Development in the Obligatory Deposit Insurance System.
