The Bank office hours (trading day): from 9:00 till 18:00 (on Fridays and pre-holidays from 9:00 till 16:45) Moscow time without a lunchtime break.

Trading day (trading time): from 9:00 till 15:00 Moscow time.

The Bank Cash Department operation time: 9:00 till 21:00 (on Fridays and pre-holidays from 9:00 till 21:00) Moscow time without a lunchtime break.

Access to safe deposit boxes: from 9:10 till 18:00 (on Fridays and pre-holidays from 9:10 till 16:45) Moscow time without a lunchtime break.

Payment and cash orders are executed being limited by availability of funds on the Customer’s account for the beginning of the same trading day unless otherwise is stipulated by additional agreement between the Bank and the Customer.
