Cash transactions

The cash withdrawal from the Customer’s account is executed in the event that the Bank has been assigned for such transaction by the cash order. The Bank shall keep the right to withhold Customer’s cash withdrawal, should such withdrawal be requested without respective cash order.
The application for cash withdrawal and bank notes arrangement by denomination, or the Customer’s cancellation of such withdrawal, are advised by the Customer in written form and are to be accepted by the Bank not later than in 16:30 of the day precedent to such transaction. Such application can be submitted by fax or electronic mail with the application hard copy to be consecutively submitted to the Bank. The application order for withdrawal (alteration of the amount) shall not be required for the following limits:
- RUR 300,000.00
- USD 20,000.00
- EUR 5,000.00.
