Bank cards

The Bank offers its Customers services of issue and maintenance of the major international bank card associations Visa International and MasterCard International bank cards. Accounts are available in rubles, USD and Euro.

Card issue and maintenance rates are specified in RUR, USD and EUR

Service rates for cards with accounts in rubles and USD are specified in USD.

Service rates for cards with accounts in Euro are specified in Euro.

Note:

• Visa cards are not issued in Euro.
• Company’s business account and the insurance coverage account are operated in RUR.
• Charges for cards issued in RUR are converted into RUR according to the exchange rate of the Bank of Russia at the date of such charge to be effected.
• Insurance coverage for cards issued in RUR is converted into RUR according to the Bank exchange rate at the date of such coverage to be effected.
• The currency of transaction is converted into the currency of the card account (company’s business account) at the rate specified in accordance with the international payment systems regulations.
• Interest rates of the card account (company’s business account) and the company’s insurance account are not allowed.
• Non-cash settlements from card accounts (business accounts) are not allowed except for the closing of such accounts.
• Accounting rates are subject to reconsideration by the Bank at its sole discretion. With respect to rate alterations, the Bank shall declare such alterations by means of release of respective information on its information stands not later than within 10 (ten) calendar days before such rate alteration is to be effected.

• Charges for cards issued in USD and EUR are converted into USD (EUR) at the exchange rate of the Bank of Russia at the date of transaction. 
• While a Customer is charged for services indexed with **, the VAT is to be added. Rates for such services are specified without the VAT, the VAT amount is specified additionally herein.
