Conversion Transactions
Transactions of purchase and sale of non-cash foreign currency are executed upon the Customer’s order for such transaction.
An application for purchase and sale of foreign currency is to be submitted to the Bank before 13:00 Moscow time and shall be executed by the Bank within the same trading day, deposit to the Customer’s account shall be executed within the same trading day. Should such application be submitted by the Customer later than 13:00 Moscow time, such order shall be executed by the Bank not later than within the next trading day, also the funds shall be transferred to the Customer account not later than within the next trading day.
In the event of funds shortage for the purchase of an amount specified by the Customer at the current rate of exchange, such order shall be executed partially, being limited by the amount multiple to an exchange lot, applicable at the moment of such order execution.
