Lending

The International Bank of Development provides consumer loans to individuals in Russian rubles and foreign currency. To grant a loan the Bank pays special attention to guarantees, operating accounts (deposits) in International Bank of Development during for at least 1 year and to whether the loan is properly used.

• Up to 15,000,000 RUR
• Up to 500,000 USD

Time periods

• Up to 2 years

Rates

• Russian rubles- from 16% per annum
• USD dollars - from 12% per annum
• Euro- from 12 % per annum

Types of Collateral

• Mortgage, pledge of securities, pledge of means of transport and guarantees by the solvent legal entities (The Bank’s Customers).

Additional terms and conditions

• Operating accounts (deposits) at the International Bank of Development for at least 1 year.

Terms for examination of an application

An application shall be considered within 2 weeks as of the date of submission of all documents required.

In the event of mutual interest, there shall be necessary to submit documents for a loan consideration.
