Brokerage Service

Brokerage transactions involve purchase and selling securities on behalf of the Customer and upon his order. An order is issued for each transaction and executed after the Customer’s funds/securities are acquired by a trading system of a relevant stock exchange.

1.	Opening a brokerage account	No charge
2.	Submitting financial statements	No charge
3.	Service fees for securities transactions in over-the-counter market (OTC market) and on the Russian commodities and Raw Materials Exchange (RTS)	0.2% of the value of the transaction, but at least 400 rubles per trading day
	Service fees for equity securities transactions on the MICEX, depending on (trading) session turnover: up to 1 000 000 rubles from 1 000 000 to 5 000 000 rubles over 5 000 000 rubles	0.1% 0.07% 0.05% of total value of the transaction, but at least 200 rubles per (trading) session

*Service fees include VAT, but not stock exchange rates. All expenses borne by the Bank due to fulfilling Customer’s orders are paid at their actual value in addition to service fees.
