Depository Services

The Depository of the International Bank of Development offers the Customers the following services:
opening a securities account;
custodianship of documentary securities;
registering and taking off the register non-documentary securities;
transferring non-documentary securities to securities accounts;
transferring documentary securities to the account of the nominal holder (depositor) at the Depository of another institution;
performing pledge transactions and registering other encumbrances;
authenticating documentary securities;
receiving, verifying and transferring return on investments for Customers of the Depository.

Service Fees

Service fees are specified in US dollars. Payments are made in Russian rubles at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation actual on the date of payment. Service fees are specified including VAT.

Blocking/unblocking securities upon the depositor’s order	50 USD

Issue initial statements and other documents for a depo account	free of charge
Issuing duplicate statements and other documents for securities accounts (upon request)	5 USD
Custodianship of non-documentary securities	0.1% per annum of total value of securities for the specified period
Custodianship of documentary securities	sealed safe custody account rates - 0.12% per annum of total value of securities for the specified period
