#	Type of service	Rates
1.	Crediting to an account/accepting funds trough the Cash Department of the Bank to be transferred without opening an account:
	in Russian rubles and in foreign currency	free of charge
2.	Withdrawing the funds transferred without opening an account in Russian rubles and in foreign currency:
	in Russian rubles and in foreign currency	1% of the total amount
3.	Paying taxes, customs duties, fees and charges, other customs payments, government duties	free of charge
4.	Transferring funds in Russian rubles without opening an account:
	to accounts of the same holder/in favour of an individual to other financial institutions	to accounts of the same holder/in favour of an individual to other financial institutions
	to accounts of legal entities or individual entrepreneurs, having an agreement with the Bank to receive transfers from private entities	free of charge
	to accounts of legal entities or individual entrepreneurs having no agreement  with the Bank to receive transfers from private entities	1.5 % of the total amount of a transfer min: 30 rub.
5.	Foreign currency transfers without opening an account	for payments in USD -  40 USD for payments in any other currency 50 EUR
6.	Transfers from the Bank Customer’s account to another financial institutions using “Express-Payment” system (if available):
	for payment orders submitted to the Bank before 10:00 and to be executed until 11:00 (1st tour) if available.	1,000 rubles per settlement
	for payment orders submitted to the Bank before 13:00 and to be executed until 14:00 (2nd tour) if available	500 rubles per settlement
	for payment orders submitted to the Bank before 15:00 and to be executed until 16:00 (3rd tour) if available.	500 rubles per settlement
	Disposing the funds transferred to the Customer’s account during the trading day.*** service is provided if the funds have been transferred not later than 16:00 (3rd tour). service is provided if availabl. except for settlements (payments) made in favour of the Bank.	1,000 rubles per settlement

Note:
Bank fees for transfers in foreign currencies are to be paid by a Customer in foreign currency or in Russian rubles at the rate of the Bank of Russia as of the date of a transfer.
** - Funds withdrawal (for the amounts more than 20,000 USD) is to be performed by the Bank if the Customer files the request the day before the expected day of withdrawal (a request can be made by telephone).

***- The Bank fee is charged when transferring funds to another financial institution trough Cash Settlement Centre (Cash Processing Centre), NOSTRO-accounts and a cash department of the Bank
